Novomatic in Gran Casino Costa Brava
The newly opened Gran Casino Costa Brava at the Catalonian coast celebrates its opening with a great range on Novomatic gaming attractions provided by Novomatic Gaming Spain S.A., the Spanish subsidiary of the Novomatic Group.
Gran Casino Costa Brava is the new flagship project of Grupo Conei, one of the leading Catalonian gaming companies. Grupo Conei was founded in 1998 by Catalan entrepreneur Joan Lao with 50 staff and has since grown into a big player in the Spanish gaming sector, now employing some 1000 professionals.
Novomatic Gaming Spain S.A. was officially founded in January 2007 with its headquarters
in Madrid and was almost immediately strengthened by the opening of a sales and service facility in Barcelona. The company is an affiliate of the Novomatic-subsidiary Austrian Gaming Industries GmbH. Novomatic Gaming Spain was one of the major suppliers for the new Gran Casino Costa Brava.
The casino welcomes its guests with a great range of gaming attractions: on more than 1,500 square metres it features 23 live and electronic live gaming tables as well as more than 150 slots. For the live gaming floor the Gran Casino Costa Brava decided to choose state-of-the art electronic multiplayer equipment made by Novomatic: a Novo Flying Baccarat™ installation for eight players as well as a Novo Multi-Roulette™ with 16 individual player terminals.
On the slot floor, too, the casino relies on the proven performance of Novomatic gaming equipment. With 16 Multi-Gaminator® cabinets (featuring multi-game mixes 7, 18 and 19) as well as a premium selection of gripping Coolfire™ II games in the Super-V+ Gaminator®. Gran Casino Costa Brava thrills its guests with first class gaming entertainment.
